Information You Provide
Search requests
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Ozaukee County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and inquiries
When a visitor sends an email or other inquiry, the message content and reply details may be retained to respond and maintain the correspondence. Those details are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

- Pages viewed and the approximate time spent on them.
- The referring website, when one is supplied.

Outside Services and Links
The service links to government custody locators, police and court resources, corrections systems, and outside search tools. Each destination has its own privacy practices, and its policy governs once a visitor follows a link. Public-record availability at a government office is governed by that custodian and Wisconsin's Public Records Law, including Wis. Stat. ยงยง 19.31 through 19.37.
Advertising providers may collect activity across websites under their own systems in order to deliver interest-based advertising. Ozaukee County Busted Mugshots does not control those providers' data practices.

This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has submitted information, they may request its deletion through the published contact route.
Your Information Choices
Subject to applicable law and the information actually held, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal information retained about them.
